OPENTV OR INTERACTIVE TV EXPERIENCE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS SOUGHT
* Applications are welcomed from Technical Support Engineers familiar with several areas of OpenTV technology, able to assess problems encountered & determine solutions
* This challenging role for a Senior Integration Support Engineer involves prompt, accurate technical support, ranging from assistance with using OpenTV products to complex engineering analysis/system integration projects
* We are keen to hear from applicants with exp of the entire project/application lifecycle, especially delivery, testing, default resolution & recognised development methods
* Additionally you will have excellent problem analysis/debug skills & have used your initiative to pro-actively own, investigate & co-ordinate implementation of solutions
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong C embedded software development/code analysis
* Exp developing/building environments, Makefiles & source code management tools
* Able to implement/test fixes for problems found in product source
* Exp with real-time operating systems/embedded systems development
* Low-level driver development a strong plus
* Exp with digital television technologies (MPEG, DVB etc) & interactive television concepts useful & knowledge of multi-threaded programming aspects useful
