Responsibilities: · Provide leadership to the engineering design staff and manage multiple projects in a fast paced product development environment. · Manage the teams that develop power supply products by organizing work, setting priorities, recruiting and coaching employees. · Manage multiple projects including scheduling preparation and reporting. Minimum Requirements: · 10+ years experience electronics product design and manufacturing. · Demonstrated budgeting, planning, and assigning resources. · Demonstrated experience with manufacturing standards and practices. · Ability to provide leadership to engineering design staff. · Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills. · Demonstrated multi-tasking and prioritization skills. · BSEE, or related technical Bachelor’s degree.
