Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Bhd - Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor - Main Responsibility:- To assist Store Executive and Warehouse Manager to ensure implementation and maintenance of receiving, issuing and storage procedure are according to requirement:- Job Description : - * Monitor and feedback to follow up with store Executive/manager regards to stock level and raw material issue. E.g. shortage, discrepancy to resolve the issue and minimize the time loss or idle time in production. Involve in quarterly stock check. To provide supervision and lead subordinate to achieve high efficient in the daily operation and provide guidance and counseling when deem necessary. To make appraisal for confirmation, increment, promotion and bonus of subordinate before submit to Store Executive/ Manager. Ensure the fizikal stock is same in ERP / SAP system. To sign verify for RN, Material Issue Slip Main Store (Shortage), PTN, Discrepancy Report and Leave Application Form. To issue Disciplinary Report to subordinate whenever discipline problem.
